1. Regular Cleaning

  • Dust wooden surfaces regularly with a soft, dry cloth.
  • For deeper cleaning, use a slightly damp cloth followed by immediate drying.
  • Avoid harsh chemical cleaners, alcohol-based sprays, or abrasive materials.
  • Glass and mirrored sections should be cleaned carefully using non-solvent glass cleaners.

2. Protection from Heat and Sunlight

  • Avoid placing furniture in direct sunlight for prolonged hours as this may cause fading or polish variation.
  • Maintain at least 30 cm distance from radiators, heaters, or strong heat sources.
  • Do not place hot utensils, laptops, or heated objects directly on furniture surfaces.

3. Moisture & Spill Care

  • Wipe spills immediately using a dry absorbent cloth.
  • Avoid prolonged exposure to water or moisture on wooden or upholstered surfaces.
  • Damp environments may affect wood movement and upholstery life over time.

4. Upholstery Maintenance

  • Vacuum fabric surfaces gently on a regular basis.
  • Remove dust and loose particles using a soft brush.
  • In case of stains, blot immediately—do not rub aggressively.
  • Professional fabric cleaning is recommended for deeper stain treatment.

5. Safe Usage

  • Avoid dragging furniture while relocating.
  • Lift products carefully with assistance.
  • Prevent sharp objects, heels, toys, or metal accessories from scratching the surface.
  • Avoid excessive load beyond normal residential use.

6. Natural Characteristics of Wood

As many of our products use natural wood and handcrafted finishes, slight variations in:

  • grain pattern,
  • texture,
  • polish tone,
  • knots,
  • and seasonal movement

are normal and add to the uniqueness of every piece.

These are natural features and not manufacturing defects.
